Dr. Koczkás János Law Firm (hereinafter: Controller) operates the website available under the domain name koczkas.eu (hereinafter: Website). In this Privacy Policy, the Controller provides information to data subjects on the processing of personal data in connection with contact made through the contact details published on the Website.
In processing personal data related to such contact, the Controller acts in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR).

Data subject: the person who contacts the Controller by email or telephone.
